What we do

Femstory connects young women with mentors who guide, support, and inspire them to grow, both personally and professionally.

We believe that mentorship and a strong community help women make confident decisions, gain clarity, and feel supported at every step.

How it works

We run a mentorship program in batches that take place twice a year. Mentors and mentees are matched based on interests, goals, and backgrounds.

Each batch lasts around six months, with you and your mentor deciding on the amount of mentoring per month. Mentors and mentees connect one-on-one and also become part of our supportive community.
